Thank you for shopping with Tenui Atelier. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- European Union: 4–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages
Tenui Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating it.
